Description

The process:

  • Make contact, we’ll have a chat, I’ll send you a bespoke quote
  • We’ll agree a price and timescale
  • Payment of 50% of the total cost is required up front
The remainder is required before master artwork is released
  • Complete a detailed questionnaire so I can learn about what makes you and your company tick and your aspirations; you can find that here
  • I read and understand your answers to the questionnaire (we might need a chat at this point) and then create three design options for you to choose from.
  • After choosing one (or a combination) of the options, we work to create your perfect logo!
  • After approving your logo, it is provided in all the formats you’ll need for print and web!

Here’s a breakdown of the typical stages in my logo design process:

    • Gathering information about the brand’s personality, goals, and unique selling points.
  2. Research:Investigating the industry and competitors to identify trends and gaps.
    • Exploring design styles and elements that align with the brand’s identity.
  3. Inspiration and Conceptualisation:Brainstorming and sketching ideas to conceptualise potential design directions.
    • Drawing inspiration from various sources, including nature, art, and cultural elements.
  4. Digital Drafting:Translating selected sketches into digital format using design software.
    • Experimenting with different fonts, colours, and graphical elements.
  5. Feedback and Revisions:Presenting initial concepts to the client for feedback.
    • Incorporating client input and making necessary revisions to refine the design.
  6. Refinement:Iterating on the chosen concept, refining details, and ensuring scalability.
    • Fine-tuning colour palettes, proportions, and typography for optimal visual impact.
  7. Typography and Colour Selection:Choosing or customising fonts that complement the brand’s personality.
    • Selecting a colour palette that conveys the desired emotions and resonates with the target audience.
  8. Versatility and Scalability:Ensuring the logo works well across various applications and platforms.
    • Testing the logo’s scalability to maintain clarity and legibility at different sizes.
