I created a detailed illustrated site map and accompanying signage design for Owl Homes to promote a private gated development of luxury homes. The signage includes a colour-coded plot plan, key information, and professionally branded elements to ensure clarity and impact at roadside scale.
This project combined technical illustration with layout design, taking into account legibility from a distance, on-site visibility, and brand consistency across marketing materials.
